“Pastor T L.”

Pastor Tracie “T.L.” Coulter was born in Southeast Washington, DC to Assistant Pastor Richard C. Carthorne, Sr. and to her mother Elder Arthurmae Carthorne who has gone home to be with the Lord.  Pastor T.L. has a husband of over 11 years (Bishop G.A. Coulter), five beautiful children (Ryn, Darius, Joseph, Greyson & Tracie), two bonus children (Greg Jr. & Alese) and a grandson (Karter) and four loving brothers, as she is the youngest and only girl of five children. 

Pastor T.L.  accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior at the age of eight years old and then rededicated her life back to Christ in 1998.  She began singing at the age of four and was in a children’s choir, of which her mother was the director over.  Her calling was always known to her even when she was “running” away from God experiencing the “street life” as a PK.  She accredits her return to Christ to her mother’s and other prayer warriors prayers that did avail much for her life.  Once she rededicated her life to Christ, Pastor T.L.  attended the National Bible College seminary school where she received her foundational basis to know the Word of God for herself.  She was the senior pastor of God’s Greater Love Outreach Ministry in Washington, DC before moving to North Carolina in 2011.  Pastor T.L. was ordained in June 2010 by Apostle J. L. Spence of Word Harvest International Fellowship of Churches and has been co-pastoring Love Redeemers Church, Inc. ever since with her husband.

In 2004, God gave then, Minister Carthorne a vision of having a children and women’s ministry of dance where they reached out to those who were suffering and/or were just idle in their activities.  In this ministry, the women and children were taught about Jesus, self esteem building and how to dance unto the Lord giving God all the praise.  This ministry was founded and in operation from 2004-2006 and brought many lives to Christ and informed them of how precious they were to the Lord-Psalm 139:14. The Lord shortly thereafter called Pastor T.L.  to focus on ministering through song, writing and the word of God, so that all who desired to hear and read about the goodness of God through her life, could.  She has written books and is now awaiting to publish her first autobiography, along with other self-help books.

Pastor T.L.  is a psalmist, writer and arranger of songs for the Lord, a preacher, teacher and soon to be public author.  Unbeknownst to them, she has opened for such names as Yolanda Adams, has sung background for Richard Smallwood, Donald Lawrence and affiliates of Byron Cage, while in choirs and groups.  She has also acted and sang in a play in Maryland which featured Marvin Sapp and Vickie Winnans.  Pastor T.L. has completed a Gospel demo, continues to work on new songs and is working to put out her first single and/or EP very soon. 

Pastor T.L. has the heart to share inspiration and motivation to all who will listen.  May God continually get glory out of her life as He uses her as His holy vessel.   To God be the glory for the things He has done and will do!  Amen!
